Our goal is to provide you with useful information about the small Texas City in Tarrant County of Pelican Bay. There is not currently an official web site for Pelican Bay, so we are trying to fill a need for the citizens.
Pelican Bay is a small community along Eagle Mountain Lake in the northwestern corner of Tarrant County and about seventeen miles northwest of Fort Worth. Other nearby cities include Azle, Reno, Sanctuary, Briar and Peden. The town was founded in the 1970s and incorporated in 1981. Local government consists of a mayor and city council.
